The Making of our Comics
The Grange comic book series illustrates little-known history from Mississauga’s past, trusting two fictional Mississauga students back in time to meet the people and places that influenced our history. Each comic is thoroughly researched by our staff and experts in the field, then the story is crafted page by page. Local Artist Daniel Wong works with Heritage Mississauga staff to illustrate the story in brilliant detail. Seeing the comic go from script to line drawing to full colour is perhaps the most satisfying and fulfilling part of the process.
